Unprecedented Toyo Tires Brand AppealTOYO TIRES to Exhibit at SEMA Show 2013
Osaka, Japan – 1 November, 2013 – Toyo Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd. (Akira Nobuki, president) announces that its U.S. tire subsidiary Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. (“TTC”; Tatsuo Mitsuhata, president) will exhibit at SEMA Show 2013*1 in Las Vegas, Nevada over four days from Nov. 5 (Tues.) through Nov. 8 (Fri.).
At this year’s SEMA Show, TTC will exhibit in three separate areas, giving the Toyo Tires brand a commanding presence on an unprecedented scale.
The main booth will exhibit the “Trophy Truck” driven by TTC-supported off-road racer BJ Baldwin, winner of last year’s SCORE Baja 1000 series. The booth will also feature an exciting YouTube video with over 4.6 million online views that demonstrates the unparalleled performance of Toyo Tires in brutal off-road racing action.
[TOYO TIRES TREADPASS]
The corridor connecting the South Hall and Central Hall will become Toyo Tires Treadpass, which will exhibit the global appeal of the Toyo Tires brand. This area will be packed with over 20 custom cars equipped with the company’s leading North American Proxes and Open Country brands, as well as a display of Toyo’s commercial truck tires.
The Toyo Tires motorsport booth, located at the Dub Live area outside the entrance to South Hall, will exhibit Proxes and Open Country brand motorsport vehicle tires.
This stunning, one-of-a-kind display will showcase the ultra-high performance of Toyo’s motorsport tires.
As an added bonus, on Nov. 6 (Wed.) from 5:00 P.M., Team Toyo off-road racers Robby Gordon and BJ Baldwin will perform a driving demonstration. Attendees will get an upfront-and-close look at the unmatched driving skills of the two Baja Race Series Champions, followed by a meet-and-greet autograph and photo session.
