The Board of Directors of TOYO TIRE & RUBBER CO., LTD. approved today the following executive management changes effective January 1st, 2008:
Yoshio Kataoka
New Position: Member of the Board, and Advisor to the President
Current Position: President and Chief Executive Officer; Member of the Board; Representative Director
Kenji Nakakura
New Position: President and Chief Executive Officer; Member of the Board; Representative Director
Current Position: Managing Executive Officer; Member of the Board; President, DiverTech Company
Yoshio Kataoka is resigning his position to take responsibility for the company's recent compliance reporting issue as previously disclosed on November 5, 2007.
