Toyo Quality Assurance Action Plan
We believe that the foundations of quality assurance are the high technological abilities that realize customer satisfaction and the continuous application and improvement of our quality management system. In recent years, demand from customers and society For environmental protection has grown stronger year by year. We believe that we can respond to this wish of customers by treating the reduction of environmental burdens caused by products as a quality requirement issue. We have incorporated this idea into our Medium-Term Business Plan 2008, which is underway at present.
